Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $7.50 will be added to each order,
for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may increase.) We require a $25.00 minimum order for delivery.
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the
recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that
time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific
times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries
requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. (Funeral services can be an exception.)
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries
cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international and out-of-region orders if you
call our shop directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international and wire orders over the Internet.
Substitution
Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your
bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the
country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the
arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of
certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially
during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose
bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but
may substitute with another color.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items.

Sales
Tax Information
Every internet order you place with us will be charged a
sales tax of 7.375%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based
upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Changes
Please be
advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or
presently en route to delivery.
If you find it
necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders,
simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (507) 385-1950.
We are also
unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not
sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without
your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically
notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
If you would rather not receive this information, you may send us an e-mail
with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. We do not sell, trade or
rent your personal information to others.
